We had a wonderful stay with our four teenagers! The large outdoor pool was a hit and the location was ideal for a fun day at the Children's Museum of Acadiana, just a short drive away. The warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in were also a delightful touch!

In my wife’s opinion, a wider variety of breakfast options would be great for families with children.

The spacious room offered a stunning view of the river and ample amenities like a mini fridge. Dining at the in-house restaurant provided convenient and tasty meals without being overpriced. Unfortunately, some staff members were less accommodating than expected, which impacted the overall experience. The pool area was lovely but could have been cleaner.

The pool area was a beautiful place to relax after a long drive. I appreciated the quality of the bathroom products. my hair felt exceptionally soft throughout my stay.

The property feels dated overall, with most of the renovations seemingly focused only on the lobby. My room had a lingering moisture smell reminiscent of mildew, making it less than comfortable. The drainage in the tub was annoyingly slow, which is not ideal after a long day. Additionally, there were visible signs of multiple paint jobs in the corners of the walls, hinting at the need for a serious refresh. Furthermore, the elevators were slow and often crowded, leading to a longer wait time than expected.

I appreciated the lovely decor throughout the hotel, especially in the lobby, which felt bright and welcoming. The staff were attentive, assisting us promptly with any queries we had regarding accessibility and local attractions.
